1. קבלת דיוור

אישור התקנון נדרש להרשמה. הסכמה לדיוור שיווקי היא נפרדת, אינה מסומנת מראש ואינה תנאי לשימוש. אם תבחרו בה, AstroCommerce רשאית לשלוח לכתובת האימייל ולמספר הטלפון שמסרתם עדכונים, הצעות ומסרים פרסומיים על שירותיה באימייל ובמסרונים. ניתן לחזור מההסכמה בכל עת באמצעות אפשרות ההסרה בהודעה או פנייה בערוץ שבו התקבלה, או באמצעות כתובת הקשר שלהלן. ההסרה לא תפגע בשימוש בשירות. הודעות תפעוליות כגון קודי אימות והודעות אבטחה עשויות להישלח גם ללא הסכמה שיווקית.

2. הסכמה לתנאים

התנאים האלה חלים על השימוש ב־AstroCommerce: הבוט בטלגרם, סביבת העבודה באתר app.astrofiy.com והאתר astrofiy.com. כשאתם משתמשים בשירות, אתם מסכימים לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות.

אם אתם משתמשים בשירות בשם עסק, אתם מאשרים שיש לכם הרשאה לעשות את זה.

3. מה השירות עושה

AstroCommerce מיועד לבעלי חנויות אונליין. אחרי שמחברים חנות (WooCommerce או Shopify) ומקורות נוספים כמו Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook ו־Instagram, אפשר:

• לקבל דוחות על מכירות, הזמנות, החזרים, מוצרים, רווח והוצאות פרסום.
• לשאול שאלות על העסק בטלגרם ובאתר.
• לקבל המלצות שיווק, תוכנית קמפיין, רעיונות לקהלים ולמסרים, וטקסטים למודעות.

החיבורים הם לקריאה בלבד. השירות לא משנה הזמנות, מוצרים, קמפיינים או תקציבים, ולא מפרסם שום דבר בשמכם.

4. זה לא ייעוץ מקצועי

הדוחות וההמלצות נועדו לעזור לכם להבין את העסק. הם לא ייעוץ פיננסי, חשבונאי, משפטי, ייעוץ מס או ייעוץ השקעות. לפני החלטה משמעותית כדאי להתייעץ עם איש מקצוע.

המספרים מחושבים מהנתונים שהמקורות מוסרים לנו ולפי ההגדרות שלנו. למשל, מכירות נטו לא כוללות מע״מ ומשלוח. לכן הם יכולים להיות שונים מהדוחות של הפלטפורמות, והם מדויקים רק כמו הנתונים והעלויות שהוזנו.

5. תוכן שנוצר בבינה מלאכותית

תשובות, אסטרטגיות וטקסטים למודעות נכתבים בעזרת מודלים של בינה מלאכותית. הם עלולים להיות שגויים, חלקיים או לא מתאימים לעסק שלכם.

• בדקו כל המלצה וכל טקסט לפני שאתם משתמשים בהם.
• ההחלטה מה לפרסם, כמה להוציא ואיך לנהל את העסק היא שלכם.
• אתם אחראים לכך שהמודעות שאתם מפרסמים עומדות בחוק ובמדיניות הפרסום של הפלטפורמות, למשל בטענות על המוצר, בהנחות ובמבצעים.

6. החשבון שלכם

• השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה.
• מסרו פרטים נכונים ושמרו על הגישה לאימייל ולטלגרם שלכם. אל תעבירו לאף אחד קוד התחברות.
• אתם אחראים לפעולות שנעשות בחשבון שלכם.
• אם אתם חושדים בשימוש לא מורשה, כתבו לנו מיד ל־[email protected].

7. פלטפורמות שאתם מחברים

• חברו רק חנויות וחשבונות שיש לכם הרשאה לחבר.
• התנאים והמדיניות של כל פלטפורמה (כמו Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google ו־Telegram) ממשיכים לחול עליכם.
• אנחנו לא אחראים לזמינות של הפלטפורמות, לשינויים שהן עושות או לדיוק הנתונים שהן מוסרות.
• אפשר לנתק כל חיבור בכל רגע, בעמוד החיבורים או בפלטפורמה עצמה.

8. שימוש מותר

אסור:

• להשתמש בשירות למטרה לא חוקית או כדי ליצור פרסום מטעה.
• לנסות לגשת לנתונים של עסק אחר, לעקוף את האבטחה או לחפש בה פרצות בלי אישור מאיתנו.
• להעמיס על השירות, להפעיל עליו כלים אוטומטיים או לשאוב ממנו מידע בכמויות.
• להעתיק את השירות, לפרק אותו או למכור אותו הלאה בלי אישור בכתב.

אם תפרו את הכללים האלה, נוכל להשעות או לסגור את החשבון.

9. המידע שלכם

הנתונים של העסק שייכים לכם. אתם נותנים לנו רשות להשתמש בהם רק כדי לתת לכם את השירות, כמו שמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות.

10. קניין רוחני

השירות, התוכנה, העיצוב והמותג שייכים ל־AstroCommerce.

מותר לכם להשתמש בעסק שלכם בטקסטים ובאסטרטגיות שהשירות כותב לכם. טקסטים דומים יכולים להיווצר גם למשתמשים אחרים.

11. מחיר

כרגע השירות ניתן בחינם. אם נוסיף תוכניות בתשלום, נפרסם את המחירים והתנאים מראש, ולא נחייב אתכם בלי הסכמה שלכם.

12. זמינות ושינויים בשירות

השירות ניתן כמו שהוא (AS IS) ולפי הזמינות. אנחנו עובדים כדי שיהיה זמין ומדויק, אבל לא מבטיחים שיפעל בלי הפסקות או בלי טעויות.

אנחנו יכולים לשנות, להוסיף או להפסיק תכונות. על שינוי מהותי נודיע מראש ככל האפשר.

13. הגבלת אחריות

ככל שהחוק מאפשר:

• לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי, כמו אובדן רווחים, הכנסות או נתונים, או הוצאות פרסום, שנגרם משימוש בשירות או מהסתמכות על הדוחות וההמלצות.
• האחריות הכוללת שלנו כלפיכם לא תעלה על הסכום ששילמתם לנו ב־12 החודשים שלפני האירוע.

הסעיף הזה לא מגביל אחריות שלפי החוק אי אפשר להגביל, למשל במקרה של מרמה או נזק שנגרם בכוונה.

14. הפסקת השימוש

אפשר להפסיק להשתמש בשירות בכל רגע: לנתק את החיבורים ולבקש למחוק את החשבון ב־[email protected].

אנחנו יכולים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר את התנאים, או שמסכן את השירות או משתמשים אחרים. ככל האפשר, נודיע על כך מראש.

15. שינויים בתנאים

אם נשנה את התנאים, נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד. על שינוי מהותי נודיע מראש בבוט או באימייל. אם תמשיכו להשתמש בשירות אחרי שהשינוי נכנס לתוקף, אתם מסכימים לתנאים החדשים.

16. דין וסמכות שיפוט

על התנאים האלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

1. Mailing consent

Acceptance of these terms is required to register. Marketing consent is separate, unchecked by default, and optional. If you opt in, AstroCommerce may send updates, offers, and promotional messages about its services to the email address and phone number you provided, by email and SMS. You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message, contacting us through the channel in which it was received, or using the contact address below. Unsubscribing will not affect your use of the service. Operational messages such as verification codes and security notices may be sent without marketing consent.

2. Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to your use of AstroCommerce: the Telegram bot, the web workspace at app.astrofiy.com and the website astrofiy.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

3. What the service does

AstroCommerce is for online store owners. After you connect a store (WooCommerce or Shopify) and other sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram, you can:

• Get reports on sales, orders, refunds, products, profit and ad spend.
• Ask questions about your business in Telegram and on the web.
• Get marketing advice, a campaign plan, audience and message ideas, and ad copy.

Connections are read-only. The service doesn’t change orders, products, campaigns or budgets, and doesn’t publish anything on your behalf.

4. Not professional advice

Reports and recommendations are there to help you understand your business. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Before a significant decision, consult a qualified professional.

Figures are calculated from the data your sources give us and according to our definitions. For example, net sales exclude tax and shipping. They can therefore differ from the platforms’ own reports, and they are only as accurate as the data and costs entered.

5. AI-generated content

Answers, strategies and ad copy are written with AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your business.

• Check every recommendation and every text before you use it.
• Decisions about what to publish, how much to spend and how to run your business are yours.
• You are responsible for making sure the ads you publish comply with the law and with the platforms’ advertising policies, for example regarding product claims, discounts and promotions.

6. Your account

• The service is for people aged 18 or over.
• Give accurate details and keep access to your email and Telegram secure. Never share a sign-in code.
• You are responsible for activity in your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, write to us right away at [email protected].

7. Platforms you connect

• Connect only stores and accounts you are authorized to connect.
• Each platform’s own terms and policies (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google and Telegram) continue to apply to you.
• We are not responsible for the platforms’ availability, for changes they make or for the accuracy of the data they provide.
• You can disconnect any connection at any time, on the connections page or on the platform itself.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Use the service for anything unlawful or to create misleading advertising.
• Try to access another business’s data, bypass security or probe for vulnerabilities without our permission.
• Overload the service, run automated tools against it or scrape data from it.
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the service without written permission.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

9. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You allow us to use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The service, software, design and brand belong to AstroCommerce.

You may use the texts and strategies the service writes for you in your business. Similar texts may also be generated for other users.

11. Price

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will publish prices and terms in advance and won’t charge you without your consent.

12. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t promise it will run without interruptions or errors.

We may change, add or discontinue features. We will give advance notice of significant changes where we can.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or data, or advertising spend, arising from use of the service or from relying on its reports and recommendations.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or intentional harm.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time: disconnect your sources and ask us to delete your account at [email protected].

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you in advance.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will tell you in advance, in the bot or by email, about any significant change. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
