The free plan has no trial: it stays free, with the store only. A bot token is one message to the bot; tokens renew every midnight.

How does the free trial work?
14 days with no credit card and no charge. During the trial every Business feature is open, with the stores, people and connections of the plan you chose. You can change plans until the trial ends; its end date does not change.
What happens when the trial ends?
The account pauses until a plan is paid, and all your data is kept. There is no automatic charge and no subscription that renews by itself.
Monthly or yearly?
Paying yearly, you pay for 10 months and get 12. The yearly view shows the price a month when paid for the year.
What is a bot token?
Every message you send the bot (text, voice, a photo or a file) is one token. Tokens are counted per store and renew every midnight. Alerts, the morning brief, reports and the dashboard use none.
What counts as a marketing connection?
An ad account or social profile, such as Meta, Google Ads or TikTok. The store itself and Google Analytics do not count toward the limit.
I need just a little more. Do I have to upgrade?
No. Add to any plan: 30 more messages a day for ₪39 a month, 300 messages once for ₪29, another marketing connection for ₪29 a month, or another store for ₪99 a month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in ILS, before VAT.
Do you change anything in my store?
No. Store access is read-only, and the data belongs to your business. We will never ask for a password, sign-in code or card details.
